Born 1 September 1993 in Mauritius, Chrisinta Chavrimootoo holds an LLM in International Business Law, a Bachelor in Law and was called to the bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, UK. She currently works as a Litigation Barrister in Mauritius. Chrisinta joined JCI City Plus in 2018. She served as Local Vice President for PR and International Relations in 2019, Local Secretary in 2020 and Local President in 2021. Chrisinta has also served as Vice President of the International Humanitarian Law Club at university, Delegate at the Wallonia-Brussels Youth Parliament and at the Transparency Mauritius Youth Forum. She has attended 2 JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. She speaks English, French and Mauritian Creole.
